• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misuse payment methods
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or copy website content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or other customers

5. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However:

• Colours may vary due to screen resolution, lighting, and photography
• Fabric texture shown in images is representative; actual texture may differ slightly
• Handloom variations in weave, texture, and pattern are natural characteristics and not defects
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing

6. Colour & Texture Disclaimer

Due to the nature of photography and digital displays, product colours may appear slightly different (±5–10%) from the actual item.

Handloom sarees may have natural variations in thread thickness, weave tightness, minor colour irregularities, and small weaving imperfections. These are not defects — they are evidence of genuine handloom craftsmanship.

7. Product Authenticity Guarantee

ANIRVA guarantees the authenticity of all products sold:

• All handloom sarees are sourced directly from verified weavers
• Silk Mark certification is provided where applicable
• GI-tagged products (Pochampally, Kanjivaram, etc.) are genuine and certified

If you receive a counterfeit product, contact us immediately for a full refund.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on ANIRVA are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD — with ₹99 additional charge).

9. COD Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional charge of ₹99 per order.

• Payment must be made in cash only to the courier at delivery
• Repeated COD cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your account
• COD may not be available for certain high-value orders or remote locations

10. Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error, ANIRVA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed at the correct price.

You will be notified within 24 hours if your order is cancelled due to a pricing error.

11. Product Availability

Stock shown on the website is indicative and subject to availability. In rare cases, an item may go out of stock after you place an order. If this occurs, you will be notified within 24 hours and may choose a replacement item or receive a full refund.

12. Order Acceptance

ANIRVA reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability of products, pricing errors, violations of our Terms, or unserviceable delivery locations.

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. Final acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the ANIRVA website — including the logo, brand name, product images, website design, and written content — is the exclusive property of ANIRVA and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

14. User Conduct

You agree to interact with ANIRVA staff and customer support with respect and professionalism. Abusive language, threats, or harassment will result in immediate termination of support, account suspension, and potential legal action.

15. Coupon & Discount Codes

• One coupon per order unless otherwise stated
• Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
• Non-transferable and have no cash value
• ANIRVA may revoke codes that are misused or obtained fraudulently
• Discount amounts are non-refundable in case of returns (original paid amount is refunded)

16. Reviews & Testimonials

By submitting a product review, you agree that ANIRVA may use it for marketing purposes, that it is honest and based on your actual experience, and that you will not post fake or defamatory reviews. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

By providing your email address, you consent to receive order updates and promotional emails. You may opt-out at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANIRVA shall not be liable for delays caused by third parties, damages from misuse of products, loss after successful delivery, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the order value of the affected item.

22. Refund Processing Fees

While ANIRVA does not charge any refund processing fees, your bank or payment gateway may deduct transaction charges (typically 1–3%). ANIRVA is not responsible for third-party deductions.

24. Governing Law
