Cancellation Policy
Flexible cancellations for your convenience
We understand that plans change. At ANIRVA, you can cancel your order within a specific timeframe. Please review this policy carefully to understand when and how you can cancel.
1. When Can You Cancel Your Order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been dispatched.
Example: If you placed an order at 2:00 PM on Monday, you can cancel it until 2:00 PM on Tuesday.
After 24 hours: If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You must receive the order and follow our Returns & Exchange Policy if you wish to return it.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately:

Provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Registered email address or phone number
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
Our team will confirm the cancellation within 1–2 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST).
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer want the item:
- You may receive the order, then
- Initiate a return within 3 days as per our Returns & Exchange Policy
You will receive tracking information via WhatsApp/SMS/Email once your order is dispatched.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For Prepaid Orders (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet):
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refund timeline: 3–5 business days from cancellation confirmation
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect in your account
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:
- No refund is required as you have not made any payment yet
- The order will simply be cancelled with no charges
5. COD Order Cancellations
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you have additional flexibility:
- You can cancel anytime before delivery (even after dispatch)
- You can also refuse the package at the time of delivery
Important: Repeated COD cancellations or refusals without valid reason may result in your account being flagged, and future COD orders may be restricted.
Why? Frequent cancellations cause losses to ANIRVA due to return shipping costs. We request customers to order responsibly.
6. ANIRVA's Right to Cancel Orders
ANIRVA reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion in the following situations:
- Out of Stock: The ordered item is no longer available
- Pricing Error: An obvious pricing or product description error occurred
- Suspected Fraud: The order appears fraudulent or suspicious
- Unserviceable Pin Code: We are unable to deliver to the provided address
- Payment Issues: Payment verification fails or is declined
- Policy Violation: The customer has violated our terms or return policy in the past
If ANIRVA cancels your order:
- You will be notified via email/WhatsApp within 24 hours
- A full refund will be processed (for prepaid orders)
- Refund timeline: 3–5 business days
