Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ANIRVA, we are committed to delivering your handpicked ethnic wear safely and swiftly. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and what you can expect when you order from us.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

During checkout, you can verify if your pin code is serviceable. If your area is not covered, please contact us at support@anirva.co.in for assistance.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation and payment verification.

Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Modification & Cancellation

You may modify your shipping address or cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may receive it and initiate a return as per our Returns Policy.

4. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch across India.

Remote & Rural Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer due to courier limitations.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier partner schedules, local conditions, and unforeseen delays.

5. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets).

Cash on Delivery (COD): A shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable for all COD orders.

Why COD Charges? COD involves additional courier fees, higher risk, and extra handling. Prepaid orders help us offer you free shipping!

6. Multiple Items in Single Order

If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together in a single package to ensure faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.

In rare cases where items are sourced from different locations, you may receive separate shipments. You will be notified if this occurs.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

You can track your order in real-time using the tracking link provided. For any tracking issues, contact us at support@anirva.co.in.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If all 3 attempts fail, the order will be returned to ANIRVA.

9. Peak Season & Festive Delays

During peak wedding seasons, Diwali, Ugadi, and other major festivals, delivery timelines may be extended due to high order volumes and courier congestion.

We recommend placing orders in advance during festive periods to ensure timely delivery.

10. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

ANIRVA is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
  • Political unrest or strikes
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Courier partner delays beyond our control

We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

11. Packaging Assurance

Every ANIRVA saree is carefully folded, wrapped, and secured to prevent damage during transit.

We use high-quality packaging materials to protect your garment from moisture, dust, and physical damage.

12. Fabric & Handling Disclaimer

Our sarees are made from premium silk, cotton, and handloom fabrics that require delicate handling.

While we take utmost care in packaging, natural fabrics may develop minor creases during transit. These can be easily removed by gentle steaming or ironing.

Handloom variations in texture, weave, and colour are natural characteristics and not defects.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Provide Correct Address: Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate.

Inspect Package at Delivery: We recommend inspecting the package for any visible damage at the time of delivery.

Report Damage Within 24 Hours: If you discover any damage after opening the package, report it within 24 hours to support@anirva.co.in with photos/video evidence.

14. Incorrect Address Policy

If the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the courier will attempt to contact you.

If the package is returned to ANIRVA due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping charges for re-dispatch to the correct address, OR
  • A refund minus shipping costs if you choose not to re-order

Important: Please double-check your address before confirming your order to avoid delays and additional charges.

15. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

If your order cannot be delivered after 3 delivery attempts, it will be marked as "Return to Origin".

You may choose to:

  • Re-order with the correct address (shipping charges apply), OR
  • Request a refund (minus original shipping charges)

For COD Orders: If you refuse to accept a COD order at delivery without valid reason, no refund will be issued as no payment was made.
