Returns & Exchange Policy

At ANIRVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Example: If your order is delivered on January 10th, you must initiate the return by January 13th at 11:59 PM.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags and labels must be intact and attached
- The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable)
- No odour, stains, damage, or signs of use
- The original invoice/bill MUST be included in the return package
⚠️ Important: Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. The original invoice/bill is MANDATORY for processing any refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items (clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page)
- Items specifically marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
Please check the product page carefully before purchasing. All other items in our regular collection are eligible for return if they meet the return conditions.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. All returns are for refund only.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or design, you must:
- Return the original item for a refund (as per this policy)
- Place a new order for the desired item
5. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to request a return:
- Contact Us Within 3 Days: Email support@anirva.co.in or WhatsApp +91 8074281930 within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item name, clear photos of the item, and reason for return.
- Await Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the Item Back: If approved, we will arrange a return pickup OR provide our warehouse address. Include the original invoice/bill in the package.
Return shipping cost: ₹99 will be deducted from your refund amount (for prepaid orders).
6. Return Shipping Cost
For Prepaid Orders:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- ₹99 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping.
For COD Orders:
- You already paid ₹99 at the time of delivery, so no additional deduction is required.
Example: If you paid ₹2,000 via UPI and return the item, you will receive a refund of ₹1,901 (₹2,000 − ₹99 return shipping).
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:
- Report Within 24 Hours: Contact us at support@anirva.co.in or WhatsApp +91 8074281930.
- Provide Evidence: Share clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
- Return the Item: Ship the item back as per our instructions.
- Inspection & Approval: Our quality team will inspect the returned item.
If damage is confirmed as ANIRVA's error: A full refund (including return shipping) or replacement will be provided.
If no defect is found: No refund will be issued and the item will be returned to you at your cost.
8. Wrong Item Received
If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos.
- If confirmed as ANIRVA's error: Full refund issued + free return pickup arranged
- If confirmed as customer error or false claim: No refund; item returned at customer's cost
9. Return Inspection Process
All returned items undergo a quality inspection before refunds are processed:
- Item Received at our warehouse
- Quality Check within 2–3 business days
- Approval/Rejection — you will receive an email with the result
- Refund or Return — if approved, refund is processed; if rejected, item is returned to you
Common rejection reasons: Item worn/washed, tags removed, damaged by customer, missing invoice, or condition not as described.
10. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
- Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account
- Wallets: Refunded to the same wallet
- COD: Refunded via NEFT/IMPS to your provided account details
11. Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect.
Total Timeline: Expect the refund within 8–12 business days from the date of return approval.
12. False Claims & Legal Action
⚠️ Important Notice: Any false accusations, fraudulent return claims, or misuse of our return policy will result in immediate rejection, blacklisting from future orders, and potential legal action under the Indian Penal Code.
We maintain records of all transactions, communications, and inspections.
